How CPAPLocator.com makes money
CPAPLocator.com is free for patients. You never pay to search for a supplier, read a listing, or send a supplier a message.
The site can earn money in three ways. Here is each one, plainly.
1. Paid supplier listings
Every supplier starts with a free listing. Suppliers can choose to pay for a Premium or Featured listing, which places them higher in search results.
Paid listings always carry a "Premium" or "Featured" badge, so you can tell them apart. Paying never changes a supplier's details, reviews, or ratings.
2. Supplier partnerships
Some suppliers can pay a flat monthly fee to be a partner. A partner listing may show a phone number that forwards straight to the supplier. That lets the call be counted, so the supplier can see how many patients reached them through the site.
Your call still goes to the same business. Partners may also be placed higher in results, and they carry a badge when they are.
3. Affiliate links in blog posts
Some blog posts link to products, such as CPAP batteries or mask accessories. Some of those links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra.

A commission never decides what I write about a product. If I mention something I bought with my own money and earn nothing from, I say so in the post.
Where the listings come from
Every supplier listing starts from Medicare's public list of equipment suppliers. I check listings against it and correct errors when I find them.
