Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CPAPLocator.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Description of Service
CPAPLocator.com is a free directory service that helps users find CPAP equipment suppliers in their area. We provide information about suppliers, including contact details, services offered, and insurance accepted. We also facilitate connections between users and suppliers through our lead generation system.
Subscription Plans & Billing
Available Plans
CPAPLocator.com offers the following supplier listing plans:
- Basic (Free): A standard directory listing with no recurring charge.
- Premium ($49/month): Enhanced visibility, priority placement in search results, and additional profile features.
- Featured ($99/month): Maximum visibility, top placement in search results, featured badges, and all Premium features.
Billing & Recurring Charges
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize CPAPLocator.com to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Billing cycles begin on the date you first subscribe and renew automatically each month. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Plan Changes & Proration
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your supplier dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you will be charged only for the remaining days in your current billing cycle at the new plan rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your supplier dashboard by accessing the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your listing will revert to the Basic (free) tier. We do not prorate refunds for unused time after cancellation.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@cpaplocator.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Failed Payments & Lapsed Subscriptions
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge according to Stripe's retry schedule. If the payment remains unpaid after the retry period, your subscription may be cancelled and your listing reverted to the Basic tier. You will retain access to your account and may resubscribe at any time.
User Responsibilities
For Patients/Users
- You must provide accurate information when submitting inquiries
- You are responsible for verifying information with suppliers directly
- You must not misuse the Service or submit fraudulent inquiries
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
For Suppliers
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information
- You are responsible for responding to leads in a timely manner
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must maintain valid licenses and insurance as required
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:
- The information in our directory is accurate, complete, or current
- Any supplier listed will meet your specific needs
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any supplier will accept your insurance or provide quality service
We are a directory service only. We do not provide medical advice, sell CPAP equipment, or guarantee any supplier's services.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CPAPLocator.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Any issues with suppliers listed on our platform
- Inaccurate or incomplete information
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Any transactions between you and suppliers
Intellectual Property
All content on CPAPLocator.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CPAPLocator.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User Content
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or suppliers
Termination
